Who we are

The Caldwell Veterinary Clinic is a family owned and operated practice that provides personal quality care. We have served New Brighton, PA and surrounding areas for over 45 years.

The practice was established in 1974 by Dr. David Caldwell who has been the sole practitioner until his daughter, Dr. Jill Boucek, joined him in 2007. Because we are a small practice, we are able to provide a personalized experience where we develop a close relationship with you and your pet. Our warm and friendly staff excels in providing the best in veterinary care and treats each pet as if they were our own.

Dr. David Caldwell

Dr. David Caldwell graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine after attending Penn State University for his undergraduate degree.

He has been practicing in New Brighton since 1973. Initially, he primarily practiced large animal medicine. Now he sees dogs and cats in the evenings and on weekends. In his spare time, he enjoys working with his own herd of Angus beef cattle and reading about history.

Dr. Jill Boucek (Caldwell)

Dr. Jill is the middle child of Dr. David and his wife Cindy. She has worked in the clinic throughout most of her life in various capacities.

She attended Penn State University where she received her undergraduate degree, and St. George’s University in Grenada for her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and Masters in Public Health. After vet school, she came back to Beaver County to work with her father at the clinic. She and her husband have two children, two dogs and backyard chickens.
